Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Use of Service

The service Adboost App allows user to search & plan Facebook Ads targeting, create and update Facebook Ads/Campaigns/AdSets & also view different statistics related to Ad/Campaign/AdSet.

To use Adboost App, user must first download the Adboost app from the available stores. Then user has to go through the registration flow and signup using their Facebook Account to which the linked Ad Account they want to use in Adboot App. The user then needs to purchase a subscription plan to get access to the service.

Subscriptions


Subscriptions allow Users to receive a Service continuously or regularly over a determined period of time.

Paid subscriptions begin on the day the payment is received and completed.

In order to maintain subscriptions, Users must pay the required recurring fee in a timely manner. Failure to do so may cause service interruptions. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms in any way, without the written permission of the Owner.

Termination of FAILED subscriptions


Failed Subscriptions may be terminated at any time by sending a clear and unambiguous termination notice. Usually Terminations take effect 7 days after the subscription's billing period has started & none of the payment attempts were successful & the user didn't complete the payment manually within those 7 days.

Invoice & Receipts of Subscriptions

When the user completes the purchase or renewal of the subscription, they'll be notified by email about the invoice and receipt of the purchase or renewal. User can download the invoice and receipt from the email itself.

Retention of usage rights


Users do not acquire any rights to use the purchased Service until the total purchase price is received by the Owner.

Payments

All payments are independently processed through third-party services. Therefore, Adboost does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. Offers and discounts are always granted at the Owner’s sole discretion.

Prices

Users are informed during the purchasing process and before order submission, about any fees, taxes and costs (including, if any, delivery costs) that they will be charged.

Offers and discounts

The Owner may offer discounts or provide special offers for the purchase of the Service. Any such offer or discount shall always be subject to the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions. Depending on the case, discounts or offers shall be valid for a limited time only or while stocks last. If an offer or discount is limited by time, the time indications refer to the time zone of the Owner, as indicated in the Owner’s location details in this document, unless otherwise specified.

Right of Withdrawal

User can withdraw their subscription whenever when they want to using the 'Withdraw Subscription' button available on the app. When user withdraws the subscription, the subscription ends immediately & user will be redirected to purchases a new subscription. User will also lose all the existing subscription plan's remaining days and the resources of that subscription plan. Users should only do this when they are out of subscription plan's resources or when they want to immediately upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan.

Right of Cancelation

User can cancel their subscription renewal whenever they want to (only before the billing end date) using the 'Cancel Renewal' button available on the app. When user cancels the subscription renewal, the subscription will stay active until the date & time of the current billing period has reached. After that the user's subscription will automatically get canceled and user will be redirected to purchase a new subscription.

Right of Renewal

User can re-enable the subscription renewal whenever they want to (only before the billing end date) after they have canceled it using the 'Turn Renewal On' button available on the app.

Service Interruption

To ensure the best possible service level, Adboost reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately. At some point, we may wish to update the app. The requirements for the system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Adboost does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end due to violation of the terms; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Refunds

Adboost does not provide a refund for the purchase or renewal of subscriptions.

However, in a special case for auto-renewals, if the user notifies the Adboost support team within 30 minutes of the auto-renewal that they would like a refund and intend to not use the service anymore for some reason, then the user may or may not be given the refund depending on the reason they provide to the Adboost Support team. If the user completes a purchase or renewal manually, then the refund is not possible.

Service Reselling or Making illegal changes

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Adboost App and of its Service without the Owner’s express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling programme.

Users are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages (unless given the rights to) or make derivative versions. You're not allowed to make the app crash deliberately using any possible techniques. You're not allowed to repetitively misuse the app to cause any harm to Adboost or our servers or the database. If you're found violating the terms, you'll be blocked from using the Adboost App and all it's associated services.

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Adboost.

Adboost is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Adboost app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Adboost app won’t work correctly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Adboost will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Adboost cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

 

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Adboost cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app,i.e., You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Adboost cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Adboost’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Adboost accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change our Terms at any time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. 

The continued use of the Service will signify the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by the changes(if any), they will be stopped from using the Service. Failure to accept the revised Terms, may entitle either party to terminate the Agreement.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 2021-09-08.
